Tried to post a video today but it’s stopping at 9 seconds once uploaded ?? Thought it was ment to be 20 seconds

This is happening to us too!

We have tried adding a video that is 20 seconds long and it cuts it down to 2 seconds lol?

I uploaded a short vid yesterday,about 14 seconds in length

When it was accepted it had been cut to 1-2 seconds

I deleted and uploaded again,only for the same to happen so I deleted and gave up trying

Yes. Same problem here. Reducing the resolution didn't help. I wander if everyone is using the very highest quality settings on their phones? I know I was.

Hi all,

We had this issue. To fix it you need to resize your file either by using an editing tool via the app/play store or on your web browser (a search for video resize tool will provide results).

We uploaded a couple of videos but, are unable to watch them. Some people have said they cannot watch them either, but some have fabbed them. So assuming they have watched them?
