Your mail says something like...

Your account has been upgraded by Card or PayPal via our trusted secure billing partner, Epoch.com

The transaction will show as "Epoch.com" on your statement or "Epoch EU Ltd" on PayPal.

MIne always comes through in seconds, so I would contact Admin on that
