Been trying to post but unable.

We didn't recognise the upload as an image. Check you're uploading an image and not a video or some other file.

I’ve tried all different ways can you help please

Have you received the video invite which allows you to upload? Vids are currently in Beta testing so not everyone can upload them.

We can't view videos either, even from friends. We are gold site supporters and are verified. Has the facility not been fully rolled out yet?

Possibly due to the phone you are using! Is an iPhone or android.

If it is your pc/laptop then not sure
