You sure you’ve followed the instructions? I remember when I first did it I only wrote my username, and not ‘fabswingers’ as well |

Maybe try upload to the site instead of email? And make sure your picture follows the rules for a verification photo  if still no success, keep contacting them until someone replies. |

Amazing. Whatever they do wrong, it is the site's fault.
Could they see your hands holding the paper? My photo verification was also rejected a few times but I did not blame anyone and read the instructions more carefully. |

Give Admin time to help you, you can ask them to check out your PV from the contact button, they will either approve it from there or give you some tips of what to do to get it approved
