I’ve had a profile on here for 5/6 years and noticed that when a friend showed me their profile on their phone ( both have iPhones) that her updates page was in different layout to mine?
I can’t add videos on my profile as I don’t have that option on my updates page either?
I don’t want to delete my account then rejoin as I’d lose my veris,friends list etc!
Is there an update or something I’ve missed?? |

I’ve checked my photos and there’s no option to add video there on my profile?
Is there an update on the site that I’ve missed which gives me the new update page layout? |

Not everyone is able to add videos atm it's on trial but there's no new layout as far as I'm aware, just an option to add a video where you would normally add a photo.
Have a look on the forums in site feedback etc as there's plenty of info about it |

Do you think that maybe one of you is using the desk top format and the other the mobile one? |

That's a possibility, I didn't think of that! Perhaps that's why the OP is seeing a different format, good thinking |

I'm sure I read it's only women and couples that can upload them as yet? |

We’re both using mobile app and not the desktop version.
On my updates page I have the original layout ie the 4 categories at the top of the page in a square then friends list updates and local updates. My friend’s update page shows a grey section at the top with add video,your status if you have on plus another heading then below that is the same as mine ie friends updates then local updates.... |

A few of our friends have had the same probs.
I think they are jist riliing it out in portions.
We've had it for a few days where our friends are only now jist getting the option. X

(I've posted same answer elsewhere - apologies for repetition)
It is not a feature rolled out to everyone yet - but If you have got it on your profile, it may be that there is still some functionality difference between desktop (www version) and mobile version.
Try the mobile version http://m.fabswingers.com
That works for me - I uploaded a video filmed on a phone but needed editing on a PC, so needed to use the mobile version to upload from that.

It’s the way the updates page is formatted? I thought it changed to the new layout for me this morning but it looks like there was a bug issue that’s been sorted now!
