I don't see why the profile would be classed as fake if OP got it changed to a couple one. There have been couples and females ask the same question on forum and admin have changed the profile for them. Why should it be any different because he is a man.
It is at admins discretion whether to change it or not and the best thing for OP to do is contact them and ask |
