Viewing cams in chatrooms

Hi I have brought new pc and can get my cam to work in the chatrooms but when I click on other peoples cam's I just get their name come up at top my viewing box but No picture? I have checked my flash play & seems ok. Any ideas?

try downloading java,sometimes that can give adobe the kick it needs to work,,does it work in old chat
