Blocked everyone one your sex...

Has anyone else had this issue? We’re an MF couple, and saw another MF couple we liked the look of. Tried to message, but got the error saying that the user had blocked everyone of our sex, even though they list MF couples as who they’d like to meet? Thanks

This stresses me out too, there seem to be some perfect women but then can’t mesage them
