Can’t send messages

When I try to send a message it’s coming up you can’t send messages try again in a couple of hours the block will be removed ?

Can anyone help please ?

You probably used a banned word or website.

This, the ban usually lasts a few minutes even though it says hours.

Don't worry about it.

I'm sure you'll get your money back pro-rata... or something like that. Allegedly. Won't he? Or something. Perhaps. Maybe. I think.

Seems unlikely! Unless this has changed, you get a warning, then, if you ignore the warning, you get blocked.
