If you can remember the profile name do a user name search for it.
Once found, click on it. That will tell you if there's a block in place. If they're not on your block list, you're on theirs. |

Look at a random profile then replace the username with the name which you are seeking this will bring up the profile and give you the option to unblock:-

I did this but still comes up as can’t view profile (as I’ve previously blocked).
