Twice within the last 2 months, beginning August, beginning Sept., for a seven day period, the fab site is unavailable online from my laptop. After seven days the problem disappears & everything is back to normal miraculously. The 2 separate weeks unavailable are still taken off my support days allowance. Any other couples had this problem? Can't see any addresses to contact & report about the problem

There is a contact button at the bottom of the page but admin are pretty good about adding hours to people's site support passed if there's been down time due to technical problems or updates their end. They usually mention this in the local updates.

There haven't been seven day outages so I guess it's your internet provider or your parental controls mucking about
