It's your mobile phone provider blocking "adult" sites, you need to ask them to change settings

OP, if you are with the "Three" network, as I am, they've been testing the proposed Adult Site Ban technology in different regional areas & masts ahead of any introduction by the Govt.

Other operators are doing likewise.
