But surely admin shouldn’t allow them to reply on anything else a block is a block pointless having it if still allows them to reply?

He's doing a good job of making it look like it's you who's having a hissy fit. Other people can't see what has gone on in pm and if you sling insults and SHOUT you just make yourself look bad.
