Good evening I'm in contact outside fab with some prople I have meet on this site they have tried to message me through fab but my account is blocked can you assist please
It means one of several options
You've blocked them, they've blocked you or your filters prevent them messaging you. There is another option which is that they don't want to contact you but I'm sure that isn't the case here.
Looks like you blocked them so check your list or they blocked you. contact them outside fab and let them know.
They may have blocked you on purpose though.
