Just posted a message regarding this and, to be fair, got a very quick response. However it was basically a big standard "sorry your pic was rejected please read rules" etc etc and now I find even that forum post had been deleted!!!

It is a mail to point you in the direction of the pic rules, it is sent when Admin have removed your pics as they break those rules
