Can I use the site cam facility on my Samsung phone without being a site supporter and does it incur a fee.

you can view cams via the desktop site. Natively you can't broadcast your cam even if you pay. You can broadcast your cam if you use the puffin browser and access the site via the desktop site not the mobile one
