Fabbing a photo

Why are there some members who’s photos I can’t fab? But then others I can? But everything else is working. As I can view profiles and photos and send messages.

In a town Fab forgot

By being Fabbed. We can't Fab what we can't see though.

I know a lot who choose not to let people fab them but that's their choice its their profile.
