Hello, I text to upgrade, I used the right number and right word and nothing has come back I've checked through the troubleshooting and I've done everything but no text has come back. |

I text again about 5 minutes ago, I looked on my mobile app and I've been charged 10p for each of the texts. So I won't be surprised if 2 codes come through lol |
