cannot verify

I am a verified member but when I am trying to verify an unverified member who has not yet been verified it takes me to the check site and the verification never appears - can anyone tell me how to contact admin to sort this?

If they are outside your age range. Or what your seeking or you used the same Internet connection they will not go through
