yeah,,but sometimes i might mess up your desktop view,,unplug it and let windows find it as a usb device see if that works,,other wise go start my computer,right click on my computer properties . device manager and look for cam there,,if you see a yellow triangle with a ? in it you can sort it from there ,if no triangle just roll back the driver
