Have reported a guy who has literally posted about having a torso in a bag that he can drop off if anyone wants to fxxk it. It's still on his status

It can take up to 48 hours for someone to deal with reports. On occasion I've seen it take even longer.

I don't believe in much use reporting status updates anymore as after a few hours the person changes it and your report becomes meaningless. The reported one caries on as usual without consequence regardless of what they've posted a few hours ago.

At the time of you writing this it is 4 O'clock in the morning. Which means you reported this at around 11 O'clock last night.

Reports can take up to 48 hours to deal with because of the many reports that come in plus because Admin are not online 24 hours a day. Sometimes they sleep.
