Does anybody else’s inbox show they have unread mail, but when you click there’s nothing there? Ours has been like that for over a week now

No nothing there, that’s what I thought originally , all messages deleted, empty mailbox

It's happened a few times to me, it seems to be a glitch, nothing I could do made it go away and eventually did it by itself after a week or two

OP turn the new mailbox off then back on again, that usually fixes it

It’s a bug sometimes caused when someone has sent you two messages in a row
