I don't normally have my profile pic displayed but every know and again I want to message someone who will only accept a message from a profile that has a pic.
I go into settings and make mine visible but it doesn't seem to register as I still get the message about the member only accepting messages from profiles with a picture!
Anyone else have this problem? What is the answer?
Thanks in advance! |

Wel always display a profile pic & don’t know what the big deal for people is who insist on seeing one, nor do we know the big issue for people who don’t want to show one, it doesn’t have to be a face pic?
Why don’t you always have one on show?
Sorry it doesn’t answer your question!

You have no visible pictures. For a lot of people who block no picture profiles, a profile picture isn't enough. A profile picture is small and shows nothing of the person.
If people in your local morrisons would recognise you from a chest or an arse picture, then you've probably been putting it around a bit too much! |

"Appreciate everyone's comments but no one has answered my question which was the point of posting in the first place! "
Your profile doesn't have any pictures, they're all private. I don't think it refers to your profile picture as such. I don't know whether having friends only pictures makes a difference to the filter; it will show on your profile you have them then but people won't be able to access them.
I think the general feeling around the forums is probably going to be that you're trying to manipulate your way around people's filters though, hence why people were asking questions. |

It's a useless filter as all people do to get around it is out a pic public to message then put it back private/friends only after messaging. A profile pic only will not allow you to send a message to someone with this filter on, only a public pic will. |
