Our account is showing an unread message notification, but we can't see it. If we get more mail the number goes up & down accordingly, but the 1 unread isn't going away. Anyone have any ideas?

Try turning the new mailbox off and on, sometimes it’s to do with that I believe

Delete all messages and it will go.

I've tried the on off thing, no joy. I don't want to delete all the messages, we keep track of who we're potentially meeting etc through them. Any other suggestions?
