But i can go on the internet fine and it's only when i try send a text to that number. Any other time i send a text it's fine. Admin said they'll get back to me in 24 hours and it's been 3 days  |

Same problem for me. I tried to upgrade by text over the last couple of days. Text has gone through ok but no returning code has come through. I’ll contact admin but wonder if they’ve stopped the text option. |

Being on the internet is not the same as sending a text....when it just wont send it is normally my signal |

I'd check that my mobile network was still configured for premium rate text messages. Alternatively, if you can put your SIM card in another phone and send the text from that, to compare how it works. |
