What does it mean when someone trying to become a site supporter keeps getting a notification "not accepting new supporters right now" every time they click the link? |

I keep trying to become site supporter via text but keep getting a text saying access denied content control bar in place but I've had everything lifted on my network. Sick off contacting vodafone about it. |
