Malicious profile reporting

I have two profiles, this one and a separate couple profile for a Dom/sub arrangement.
Both profiles signpost each other, I am open about them.
Someone reported my single profile as actually being a couple, and Admin changed it without any consultation with me.
My single profile is my social profile and I have lots of single veris.
My joint profile is my D/s arrangement only.
Admin have taken the word of someone who clearly has issue with me and are refusing to discuss with me.
I pay on both profiles to be a.site supporter, and I am not currently getting the service I am paying for.
How do I get Admin to actually have a conversation with me so I can get this resolved and get my single status back?
Whoever reported me is being allowed to wallow in their malice and the success of their ill-intentioned reporting.
A response to which I can reply would be really useful. |

Every report is verified before any action is taken. Admin say they sent you a mail on the 4th and the 11th of May after you got in touch . |
