Making public pic pribate

Hi, I’ve done this before but doesn’t seem to be working just now. I’ve a public pic, click ‘private’, nothing happens and the setting doesn’t save. Any ideas please?

Remember after you have done it to click the 'Save changes' button otherwise they won't be saved.
