Unable to contact another user

I have an odd problem. We are trying to contact another member. When we try to view each others profile. We both get the message 'you are unable to contact this user'... as you may have blocked each other or profile is suspended. Neither of us have blocked the other + neither are suspended ! Anyone got any ideas ? |

Contact admin from the contact button.. have you reported them at all at some point? Sometimes admin block profiles in this case |

Have sent msge to admin... and I know we haven't reported them.. only done that once in all the yrs I been here... very odd |

They could have reported you or have you blocked and saying they havent |

It might not have anything to do with reporting as Admin don't block people from each other as a matter of course
Send the name of the person to Admin when you send your query OP so they can check it for you. |
