Green tick but NO verifications?

Hi
There is a couple talking to us who says they have not met anyone.
Their messages have the green tick in a circle saying they are verified. However there are no verifications on their profile at all, not even unpublished ones!
How is this possible? |

The Green tick is that which you get when you put up a pic with a piece of paper with your fab name on it and send to fab .You are then Verified. A Verification is when you've actually met for social or played with a fab person,they write a verification for you which you show on your page You should reciprocate with a veri back to them .Hope that is clear

The Green Flag is the Photo-Verification icon.
The Green Tick is for Cam or In-Person Meets.
The verification header text would say whether it was by Cam or In-Person.
The Summary breaks down by profile-type and by Cam/In-Person.

Not if you choose not to display the summary or the verifications
I hide the summary on mine and could hide all tbe verifications too. I have far more than i have showing.
Also if someone whos verified you leaves the site or blocks you, the green tick stays and its counted in your still but the verification is no longer there to display |

This is what I am trying to get at...
There is no flag so not photo verified.
There is a green tick to say verified.
But there is no verification header text at all.
There is also no verification summary text (no nothing about cam or in person)
There is no text whatsoever about verifications on their profile!
But they still have a green tick?

As far as I am aware you just don't have to show the actual verification itself (what people write about you) but the verification summary is always on your profile?
I have never seen anyone hide everything altogether before? |

No you can hide all verifications and your summary, maybe they have a cam verification but choose bit to show it or if the person who gave them it has left then they cannot show it as it goes with the person who who left it.. but if you feel its fishy go with your gut and stop communicating |
