Cant see unread message?

Hi guys...first time this has happened...says I have 1 new unread message but cant see it anywhere? Any ideas?

This sometimes happens and seems to be a glitch between the old and new versions of the mailbox system.

If you are using the new mailbox system, then revert to the old version. You will probably find the message is stuck in there.
