I am trying to message a user and it says she has blocked me, i have spoken to her in the forum and she has not, when she try's to message me it tells her I have blocked her which I have not any suggestions ? |

Your filters may have each other outside your parameters - age, profile type etc.
If you both clear all filters, and still have an issue - use the 'CONTACT' facility to have it looked into.
