Grouped mailbox

For some reason my grouped mailbox has deactivated and I'm struggling to find how to turn it back on.

Also getting messages notifications but when I log in there is no message?

Go to Read Messages and at the top under the delete buttons is 'new look mailbox'.

...I dont have that option...I'm confused why its deactivated.

You aren't a site supporter. I believe the grouped mailbox is only for supporters.
