Yes thank you I was aware of the menu, just wasn't sure the veri would send with it being hidden.
I'm pretty sure the hiding is temporary.

I once verified a hidden profile and they never got it.....
However I have also done it when the have?!
Maybe ask them to 'unhide' as you've obviously met them..... |
