I use a payg mobile and put an extra fiver on it yesterday solely to top up
Just tried topping up got to the phrase your pin number will be coming in 10 seconds and it went dead at exactly 2mins 20 seconds ??
Now I am no Rachel Riley but that works out at £3.50 at the alledged £1.50 per min?
So my Tesco mobile is charging me more than double?????
Who do I talk to to get a refund or even better get my upgrade? |

It does say that mobile calls cost more : Call costs £1.53 a minute from a BT landline and call length is under 3.5 minutes for charge of £5. Calls from mobiles, phoneboxes, non-BT lines will be more.
But contact Admin and ask them to look at it for you. |
