Glasgow - ish ;-) |
When chatting on the phone with friends today, it came to light that they have been banned from posting in the forums for 5 weeks now.
I dont know the facts behind the ban, but they are wondering on how long the ban will last? Or is it permanent?

Thanks for replying View, The have used the "site contact link" around 6 times, so far with no reply.
The can still access the chat rooms & have asked in there how long ban is for but the chat moderators seem unable to answer.

I know, they did contact admin, 6 times. So thought i would ask in here on their behalf, to see if there was a min/maximum ban timescale. I have since spoke to the couple and they will once again contct admin to see if they can find out how long the ban is for.

I'd have thought that under the Data Protection Act, any account details can only be discussed with the account holder and not a third party .. so no amount of messagiung Admin on someone elses bahalf should reveal any details of their account |
