Because the Audiovisual Media Services Regulations 2014 act made the laws around photos depicting water sports more complicated - I guess rather than worry about the photo moderators always getting the judgement right, a blanket ban went on ws photos. |

Not really....talking about watersports is different than showing pictures of it on the site.
Admin have never allowed watersport pics after advice from their legal people. |

It hasn't been over turned but people involving certain cases have been found not guilty. Legally everything is a grey area. The problem with the law is that wording is very vague. The original legal advice was the WS and female ejaculation were illegal. The general advice these days is that it is "probably" not. |

Did you actually read the report ?

The article continues to list watersports as one of the activities. Seems very clear to me. Are you suggesting that Yahoo news is fake news ? |

Sorry read your link you are correct pretty much. The law hasn't changed but the CPS guidance has changed on what is obscene and what is not. So yes the admin on here should be aware of the change. |
