Hey

Even when I clear my inbox it still says I have 1 message.

Not sure if it’s

Something I can rectify or If it is for the lovely admin to sort

Switch from the new mail box back to the old mail box and see if it appears. The you can go back to the new mailbox. Heard some other people suggesting it.

Go on messages it will say at the top your on the new mailbox tap for info you then change it there
