Have tried a few times now to upgrade by PayPal or visa debit card but have had no luck, does anyone know of any ways I can upgrade other than a text / phone call ?

Just isn’t working and bouncing back when I try either of the card methods or the PayPal method, thinking it may be because of using a visa debit but not sure
