What happends to profiles who steal other people’s pics and use Them as their own ?

Report them. I did but the profile is still on but pic was taken off. I blocked the said person

They deal with it in a number of ways

Normally you won't hear anything back from a report but in cases like this you will. You will get a mail saying they are looking into it then one when it is resolved.

I have even reported the message he sent us where he openly admits that it’s not his pic and he’s stolen it from another profile. Surely he should be removed and blocked from them site , but no !!!
