Hi, our account seems to be stuck on only site supporters being able to message us - anyone else encountered this or can anyone suggest a fix.

On your message filters you can sort it from there |

My Account / Message Filters - then the last one on the list make sure it has a green tick beside it. |

Thanks - it does have a tick beside it, but also says at the top of the page that the filter is active - can only think it's a bug. |

By putting the tick in the box means you are blocking that category - ie - the filter is 'On' and working correctly.
If you wish non-site-supporters to be able to contact you - take the tick out. |

Thanks for your reply - I can hover my cursor over the ticks and it changes to a selectable finger, except for the Only Site Supporters option - it appears to be a bug. |

Possibly only site supporters can toggle this. Not to toggle off seems like a bug. Try again.
