The only way is to report the thread and ask admin if they would consider deleting it. Unless it's within a couple of minutes of when you started it, and then you can delete your message text.
I would imagine when they get round to it which could be up to 48 hours I believe, they will decide if they feel that it is in the forums interest to remove it or not.
