No way to do that, unfortunately.
In future - if you realise the error - and IMMEDIATELY - hit the 'Back' button on your browser, it can go back to the message - so you can note the content/copy it to a file if necessary. If you are a site supporter, you can also mark it to 'Saved' messages. But this only works if you have not visited other web-pages since you hit the 'Delete' button.
