Log in details not recognised

I can’t log in on my pc , using the same details as all previous times. I try to log in and it comes back with details entered aren’t in our records . Clearly they are as I’m logged in on my phone . Tried emailing to reset password but no email received. I’m not sure where to report next , any help appreciated

Have you checked your junk mail inbox, it's possible the reset email is sat in there.

Cheers for your suggestions guys , I emailed admin and they sorted it out for me , quick response with a good outcome .
