So a friends left and rejoined.
She has been on 3+ weeks is photo verified and meet verified but still no joy any ideas? |

The leaving/re-joining may have raised red-flags - they will need to use the 'Contact' facility to ask Admin to look into this. |

It won't be any red flag for leaving and rejoining so ignore the poster above you.
For anything like this the person themselves have to contact Admin from the contact button  |
