No email notifications

I'm getting no notifications what so ever I've checked all setting on both Fabs and outlook nothing blocked or stopped, nothing in spam?

Any help and advice welcome.

I need to stop/block the emails,im sick of deleting them every morning,any help with that is appreciated...

Go into fab home page, accounts then email settings, change all the ticks to crosses. OP you need to do the reverse here. X

Thanks, they are all ticks already so I dont know what's going on?
