Hi , any idea how to change the account to a single persons account and not a couples

Only Admin can change profile types - use the 'Contact' facility - teeny-tiny print at the bottom of the homepage.

As you have been verified as a couple, it may not be possible, but it's easy to use a new email address and start a fresh profile - that's allowed alongside a couple profile.
