Iv got a samsung s9 phone, im a gold site supporter but cant go on cam via my phone, what sm i doing wrong, or why cant i, unless this is sorted i donf think id bother to become a site supporter again, thanks x |

im not very good with technology, have no idea what puffin browser is, and u say use desk top version, I got a laptop hubby got desktop computer, but don't understand what that has to do with trying to get on cam on a mobile, sorry to sound thick  xx |

You need flash to get on cam and mobiles dont use flash so thats why you cant cam with a mobile.. but if you go into your phones app store and download puffin browser and access the site from the desktop version you can use your cam from there |
