Pics won’t upload

I’ve tried sending pics from my phone in emails but the site doesn’t recognise them as a pic file so therefore I can’t add a pic to mail

Any advice appreciated

Can you not just upload directly from your phone?

No it just says file unrecognised

Files do need to be a specific type [.jpg etc] - and under a certain size to be uploaded - try using a pic editor to scale down the size.

There just the pics on my phone.

I’ve not done anything different unless not paying for site support is the issue

Anyone can upload pics - you don't have to be a supporter.

I'd say most likely the size or file type is the issue.

There was an issue with certain Internet providers putting adult content blocks on services - it may be that also.

I’ve no idea how to change the file type. It’s just my camera roll on my phone with the pics. Same as always
