Hi. I seem to have an unread message pop up but all my messages are read. Can this be fixed

Revert to the old mailbox, they sometimes get stuck in there.

Are you on mobile or laptop I get it sometimes when on mobile just go on laptop and read you've probably already answered of mobile

Go into the message then back out. It will be fixed
